@British_Airways@UK_CAA My responses are usually quick and correct. Will @British_Airways keep me waiting months and months again? To come up with excuses that are not justified. Come on @British_Airways it’s time to be accountable to your customer for the negative impact. That’s why EU261 was created!!
So @British_Airways messes up your flights on 30 May turning LHR layover from 2 to 18 hours. After months of non responsiveness, BA claims there were ATC delays, which according BA is an excusable delay. Well, according @UK_CAA this is not correct! Think twice before booking BA!
@British_Airways This is not normal. BA must be doing something wrong to upset passengers that much creating so much animosity and refund requests, that it prevents this case being closed within a decent time. Customer satisfaction and perception of BA is below zero for me. What’s happening?
@British_Airways BA significantly messed up my schedule. My claim to be compensated as per EU261 legislation is not replied to despite various reminders. No responses for over a month. What’s going on at BA..??
@British_Airways I’ve put my claim in, twice, following the applicable procedure. No response no nothing, for over 3 months. I cannot recommend anyone using BA nor flying though LHR. This flight mess up is not only disappointing, chances to correct this situation are not used.
@British_Airways DEAR BA, you’ve messed up my flights through LHR on 30 May, leading to a stopover of 18 iso 2 hours. Various attempts to reach your customer service team, to request compensation per EU261 laws, remain unanswered. Why is it so difficult treating your passengers as customers?
@British_Airways Dear @British_Airways , can I ask for an update on my claim. My flights were messed up 3 months ago. And no response was received on my EU261 claim. Dissatisfied and disappointed. Will it be helpful to supply my 8 digit case number?
@British_Airways Hello @British_Airways, 3 months since you messed up my flight schedule, still no news from your customer service team. Are you so busy to respond to so many claims of similar nature? Why can’t @British_Airways just close such matter professionally and according EU laws? Come on!
@British_Airways Hi @British_Airways After turning my 2 hour quick LHR transit into a 18 hour drama lay-over, even worst is no response from your customer service team. No nothing zero interest in the drama you caused. It’s time to fix this by responding to my claim in line with EU261. Any plans?
@British_Airways Hello BA, what’s happening. A totally unnecessary mess up of my flights. I’ll be avoiding LHR as much as I can in future. My 2 hour layover turned into an 18 hour layover, due to BA. Nothing heard from your customer service dept. I need my EU261 claim processed and completed!!!
@British_Airways Messing up my flight schedule so badly and total silence from your customer service dept is not hopeful nor helpful when considering new bookings access the pond. Will my case number help to accelerate this? Like to close this BA drama and turn that page
@AmericanAir It’s been 3 weeks since @AmericanAir messed up my flight schedule. Turning my layover from 2 to 18 hours. I’m eligible for compensation according Law EU261. No feedback does not reduce my dissatisfaction, it’s just getting worse. How difficult can it be to be customer friendly?
@AmericanAir It can’t be too difficult to agree my schedule was messed up by AA. Bumping me off a flight which wasn’t even boarding yet. Just unreal and a disgrace, was on a very expensive business class ticket! Missed an important appointment!! Please confirm when EU261 will be fixed!!!
@AmericanAir Hello American Airlines, it’s been 7 days ago since my flight schedule was messed completely. Still no response, no nothing. No apologies nor compensation as required by law EU261. What’s going on at @AmericanAir ???
@AmericanAir I’m really dissatisfied bumping me off my flight in London. My short layover turned into a 18 hour drama and missing my meeting. You keep ignoring the complaints filed twice through your website. Need pax compensation. Loyalty to AA is sub zero!!!
@AmericanAir Hi AA, still no response, still not fixed. Is your customer service department so busy with so many disruptions? It’s been 4 days since my flight schedule was messed up and no positive news since. We need to put this to bed asap!!
@AmericanAir I’m entitled to at least €600 passenger compensation due to the mess created on 30 May. I’ll continue to use twitter to make my level of happiness known to the world unless this gets closed out to satisfaction
