Remember that during every obvious transition during the service, you should tell the congregation that this is just a way to “continue in worship” and that really it’s no transition at all.

Sowing cognitive dissonance is an essential part of every service.

Found this old gem: This pastor walks in to the office, takes his pants off, and just sits down like there is nothing weird about that.

Later in his church he held up a Coke bottle and prayed for communion—it was filled with grape juice but that was new.
