I just spoke with the woman who EXPOSED the Ilhan Omar birth date scandal PROVING she is NOT a U.S. citizen, then she CAUGHT Ilhan changing the date…

AJ Kern was just vindicated...Here is what she exposed:

Official records listed birth year as 1981. That made her 18 in March 2000 — too old for derived citizenship when her father first became eligible to naturalize.

Days after Kern’s video, the birth year was changed to 1982 by Omar's congressional staffers with Minnesota records.

USCIS and DHS both confirmed no naturalization records for her father.

Minnesota does not verify citizenship for voter registration or congressional candidacy. Self-attestation is enough.

FEC and Congress also do not check. Nancy Mace’s request for Omar’s file was blocked.

Now the rest of the media, DOJ and DHS is finally catching up.

Subpoenas have gone out to her family members.

Her Congressional staff were just exposed for changing her birth date in Minnesota public records after she entered Congress so she would appear under 18 when her father naturalized.

There might not even be any documentation of her father’s citizenship either.

Ilhan Omar may have never even been an American citizen.

If that’s true, she’s getting deported…

After removing the fraud department he instructed that payments “flagged as high-risk by algorithms” be sent out anyway to Medicaid providers

“He dismantled the fraud unit at HHS. He also changed the policy to something called ‘Pay and chase.’ It used to be the case if there's something that seems suspicious or flagged, they would check it out first before sending the money. He changed that around so they send the money out and then maybe claw it back later, which of course they never did”

“The person who opened the floodgates to all of this fraud was none other than — Xavier Becerra”

I liked more into this, here’s how Xavier Becerra dismantled the fraud department

- When Xavier Becerra took office, HHS had roughly 80 people in its central program integrity function overseeing about $2.2 trillion in annual payments across 50 states and territories
- Xavier Becerra transferred or reassigned about 76 of them, leaving only 6
- Even RFK said this was done intentionally to gut oversight and creating “an invitation for the fraudsters.”

This was why so many foreigner owned fake Medicare and Medicaid health care companies spring up so quickly

RFK Jr even linked it to the fake hospice providers in Los Angeles that were billing for nonexistent patients and autism services fraud

This was INTENTIONALLY DONE

And instead of rotting in prison for this, Xavier Becerra is now running for governor for the largest state in America

Only in America is corruption like this possible

In 2022 there were 50,000 fewer Republican vote-by-mail requests, and 90,000 more Democrat vote-by-mail requests

Now, in 2026 Republicans are UP by 50,000 in vote-by-mail and Democrats down by 90,000.

That is a 140,000 swing in the mail-ballot gap versus the last midterm. Republicans are getting out and voting early. We’re beating Democrats at their own game.
