@virginmedia Ongoing intermittent broadband. Outside cable to be replaced today. (8-1pm) No sign of contractors. Renewed contract on basis this would be resolved!! Why am I paying for something that is not working correctly?

@KLM_UK Mmm. Virtual assistant does not understand my request and gives options for everything but what I require. No help at all I really do feel the customer service I am receiving, compared to my husband (who is platinum ) is unfavourable Why is this?

@KLM_UK Submitted claim for cancelled flight 2 weeks ago. Husband’s claim (platinum) actioned following day. Mine (flying blue) still not actioned. It would appear customer service for me is not the same as my husband 😔 Can you advise when mine will be actioned. Thanks

@AirbnbHelp What is your policy for owners cancelling 24 hours before arrival due to “flooding”? Spoke to many people who had the same issue. So many plumbing issues in France!! Booked 14 months in advance but they obviously could get more as rugby World Cup on. Not good

@airbnb_es Why? Nobody does anything. You all say you are sorry for our inconvenience but the actual help available from you is only to refund us what was paid!!! Zero help for new accommodation . We had to source this ourselves and pay a lot more for it!!!

@KLM_UK luggage located after 7 days However it is now in Marseille. I am currently in Positano Italy. All information provided My suitcase has been to St Maarten and Trinidad. What is going wrong here and can someone please take responsibility to get it back to me 😭

@KLM_UK Arrived Marseille Wed. AirTag has bag in Trinidad. Phoned numerous times - nobody doing anything. Really upset now as we still have another 4 weeks of trip left Travelling to Italy tomorrow and everything I need in my bag including medication please help

Got to car at 11pm and drove straight out of the car park and home. No queues/delays. So pleased we didn’t park there now as we passed by and it it looked chaotic

@Tripadvisor Just spoken to TVAR have been advised our refund was released on 14th May. Still nothing received as of today!! This time it’s the fault of the bank (an English bank is all they can advise!!). Always someone else’s fault and yet we are still out of pocket…

@Tripadvisor Paid twice for rental due to TAVR rules not owners. Reluctantly paid again Told refund processed last week but it takes up to 10 days. Why? Who is profiting from this. We will be home before we see refund. Why are we out of pocket through no fault of ours

#peterkay Why are people selling tickets they have just purchased? Waited all morning for tickets for Glasgow but none left nor does it look like any new dates being released!! Genuinely wanted these tickets but so many people buying them that don’t want them. Disgraceful
