@Sacha_Lord This is a great policy. I’m worried for operators who don’t understand how it works. One operator today said "We have jars with everybody's name. If customers give a tip by card I get my staff to print off the receipt so I take the tips out of the till and put them in the jar."

This worries me. I'm not sure everyone is understanding how this is going to work

@MayorofLondon please address this. London is a fantastic city to be proud of but these bicycle taxis are ripping off tourists. It’s embarrassing that we haven’t got a grip of this.
TRAVEL TIP: DO NOT take one of these bicycle taxis without absolutely negotiating the price first. This person in London rode us around in circles then finally to our destination 7 blocks away...for $170 US! My fault, I paid, but passenger beware!
No. I completely disagree with this London restaurant chain.
A service charge is for staff. Replacing it with a 15% management fee to help “maintain the brand experience” is just nonsense.
I really hope @FairHospitality are into this. Outrageous.

If you’re angry at Angela Rayner for selling her council house…
But not angry at where this non-story came from
i.e. from the billionaire Tory peer who got out of paying UK taxes by being a non-dom while sat in our House of Lords
…then you’re part of the problem.
