Yep! I found it difficult to observe the price behavior of the @YieldMaxETFs which is why I stayed away from them. I tended toward the @roundhill ETFs and found their price action was 100% correlated (with 20% lev) with the underlying asset. Much more digestible when the behaviors are much more predictable.
Precisely! I believe the average life of a mortgage loan is 7-8 years accounting for the fact majority of mortgages are refinanced. AND the banks get their interest accrual front loaded? Just criminal! Iโd be curious what the effective interest youโre actually paying the first 10 years of the term assuming one might refinance the loan.
@DarkMiner@DividendRob I am not even sure how banks got away with โmortgage-style amortizationโ to begin with, essentially front loading all the interest over the term.
