Ignore the Canton Crumbs.
Do what’s morally right and you’ll have a ton of backup. People you don’t even know are on your side. Good triumphs over evil-always!
@BederowLaw
Apparently, Colin is not in basic training yet. He is in a pre-training orientation at Fort Sills in Oklahoma?
Did his lawyers lie & fudge the truth?
@sweetpea9317@RealNurseKim Only subject to further information from his counsel. WHEN THE JUDGE FINDS OUT COLIN IS NOT YET IN BASIC TRAINING, HE’LL BE ORDERED TO APPEAR!,,
@BoozeyBeauty Colin is Not even in basic training yet! He’s just in the orientation. He can definitely show up for a deposition. His lawyers have lied!
💥Brian Tully owns this mess!
💥He alone was in charge of the John O’Keefe investigation!
💥Under his “leadership” MSP detectives conducted the most disgraceful, incompetent, and non transparent death investigation in Massachusetts history. #SHAME#JusticeForJohnOKeefe
Let me mansplain it to you: He was interviewed by Lally, Tully, & McLaughlin in preparation for his testimony in the first trial. When questioned on a statement attributed to him in the report from his interview conducted by Proctor he informed them he didn't say it. As a result, the DA did not call him to testify in either trial. More importantly, they did not inform Karen Read's defense team of this exculpatory information as required by the Brady rule. As a result, the defense team had no way of knowing they had a potential eye witness that could testify that Karen was not intoxicated and to the fact that Proctor had apparently lied in his report. This information and his other allegations that the McAlberts were apparently aware of what he actually said during his initial interview is still important. It will be very relevant in Read's civil cases and possibly even Turtleboy's criminal and civil cases.
Karen Read LOOSENED the machinery around me so I could SPEAK.
GOD kept me quiet so I could LOOK and LISTEN ✝️
I will help her DISMANTLE the machine so it can never operate again and we will get JUSTICE for John O’Keefe.
Drop every single file.
The world deserves Krustygate.
Michael Morrissey, Michael Proctor, Brian Tully, Yuri Bukhenik, Jen McCabe and so many others have paid for this moment of reckoning with their souls, and I am here for it.
Bukhenik's first appearance on camera when @DoctorTurtleboy attempted to ask him questions outside court showed everything there is to know about him. He got in his car & immediately had his 2 middle fingers prominently displayed on the wheel. Arrogant punk
Mark Bederow’s very first footnote in this week’s filing is putting everyone on notice that despite all the noise about Michael Proctor as of late, we still have not forgotten about Yuri Bukhenik.
We have not forgotten about the Rubber Duck scandal of Canton. We have not forgotten that Bukhenik showed up at the homes of multiple women to threaten them with arrest and criminal charges for their speech on social media.
Bukhenik’s abuse of power deserves the same amount of scrutiny as Proctor’s does, especially when looking at his actions through the lens of the First Amendment.
Putting aside the Karen Read case entirely, Bukhenik had just as much of a part as Proctor did in the specific targeting against @DoctorTurtleboy, who currently faces every indictment for which the Norfolk County DA’s office can attempt to justify.
Despite anyone’s claims, Bukhenik and Proctor are the left and right hand of the same body. Bukhenik played an active role in a portion of the damning texts that have been uncovered from Proctor’s cell phone. He also said anything he needed to (whether true or otherwise) to protect Proctor on the witness stand. Was Bukhenik’s sworn statement that Proctor operated with “honor and integrity” purely motivated by the protection of Michael Proctor, or was it, in part, to shield himself?
To repeat some of Mr. Bederow’s “free legal advice” toward anyone associated with Proctor’s abysmal conduct (from @JusticeServedTV):
GET AHEAD OF IT, DO THE RIGHT THING, AND COME CLEAN. ☀️
The public should not feel that the biggest threat to their communities comes from the same people who have sworn to serve & protect them. It is well past time to find out just how deep the scandal of the Norfolk County DA’s office goes.
