Very happy and proud to share our latest publication: A novel digital PCR-based method to quantify (switched) B cells reveals the extent of allelic involvement in different recombination processes in the IGH locus. https://t.co/cAADrGClHt #bcells#digitalpcr
@Proefdiervrij
Oogspecialist prof Martine Jager @LUMC_Leiden koninklijk onderscheiden!
Als iemand dat verdient, dan is zij het wel.
Echt indrukwekkend wat zij allemaal heeft gedaan. Zie @Sleutelstad 👇🏼👇🏼 https://t.co/u0btXDay9p
Thrilled to present our latest research 'Vitreous fluid as a new liquid biopsy for primary uveal melanoma' during the ISOO congress in hometown Leiden!
Exciting news for the European OM community! In addition to @US_FDA approval in January for ocular melanoma patients in the US, Kimmtrak has now been approved by the European Commission to treat patients with unresectable or metastatic uveal melanoma. https://t.co/6cgqMP29r8
Congratulations @harlaarniels on this amazing work: "Conditional immortalization of human atrial myocytes for the generation of in vitro models of atrial fibrillation", just published in Nature Biomedical Engineering. https://t.co/ltNzj9CzVG
Very proud to share our latest work: Accurate quantification of T cells in copy number stable and unstable DNA samples using multiplex digital PCR https://t.co/cz6U6bmz3T
Researchers describe a highly multiplexed droplet digital PCR assay that simultaneously quantifies likely intact HIV-1 proviruses and T lymphocytes. They validate the assay in cell and tissue specimens from several patient cohorts. @UWashOBGYN@fredhutch@UWMedicine

B cells in melanoma might not always be a positive predictive biomarker, we actually found the opposite in D/T-treated pts

The Cancer Genome Atlas is pushing the boundaries of #CancerResearch. Visit our website to discover how the Atlas has made an impact through researchers who have used the data to make a difference in the lives of people with cancer. https://t.co/wG0LrFfdkp #NothingWillStopUs
Onze oogartsen dr.
More applications of our method and some exciting results coming soon! Thanks to Wim Zoutman and Pieter van der Velden @LUMC_Leiden for this wonderful collaboration! (5/5) #digitalPCR
I am thrilled to share our recent work, now published as a patent application https://t.co/ELiJI4BVNs. We developed a digital PCR-based approach to quantify T cells, B cells and class-switched B cells in benign and malignant DNA samples. (1/5)
By measuring the total amount of DNA and its origin (T cells or B cells), our approach is capable of differentiating between a benign uveitis and malignant lymphoma (see image). I will virtually present this work at @ARVOinfo's Bench to Bedside Meeting (May 20-21). (4/5)
