@vicderbyshire True enough. But why is no saying that Mandelson was appointed because of pull from Trump. I have no proof of course but I bet Kier was keen to please.
@ParvaPower R3 and bbc4 broadcasts are well worth the license fee. Mind you I’ve still not recovered from “being there” for Beethoven 9 under Malcolm Sargent in 1963.
Travel Expert @SimonCalder embarrasses the Daily Mail's Andrew Pierce by patiently explaining why his Brexit madness is to blame for the UKs travel chaos

Sad moment on the doorstep today. An 80 year old lady told me she was turned away at the polling station for owning no relevant photo ID. "We fought for votes for women. I have voted in every election. Now they have taken it away." Hope the next government sorts this out.
Send a message to Michael Gove, former MP for Surrey Heath (stood down for this election)
The TACTICAL vote js LIBDEM and Al Pinkerton

So @michaelgove has reportedly told Tory HQ staff they must double down on the £2000 Labour tax lie because they showed with the £350bn for the NHS Brexit lie that the more a lie is talked about the better it is for the campaign. This is a level of cynicism and political amorality shocking even by their standards. But it is a consequence of the failure of politics and media to hold liars properly to account. It is the normalisation of lies thanks to Brexit and Johnson and the right wing rags that Farage thinks he can get away with the economically illiterate rubbish he produced yesterday. Vote Labour Get Labour. Give these Tories a beating they will never forget
