According to our server, the @Cheesecake kitchen manager and chefs agreed something was still off. I figured we’d at least get a free slice of cheesecake and a sorry for almost being poisoned twice, but nope. A manager didn’t even come over to discuss what happened.

You know what I miss? Basic customer service. @Cheesecake failed to do something simple to say sorry for serving soapy food TWICE. The mashed potatoes on two dishes tasted like cleanser. The kitchen checked the batch, agreed. Sent out new sides. Same issue.

When you’re expecting a package and see the UPS Truck/ Delivery Driver at your apartment door punching the code to get inside. Only to be disappointed because they lie and say they couldn’t deliver it. The mail person was inside delivering mail. Why couldn’t you?
