Every World Cup has one team nobody expected. Sénégal 2002, Greece 2004, Morocco 2022. The World Cup has always belonged to dreamers as much as giants. With 48 teams participating, which dark horse are you secretly backing to shock the world?
we should automatically be given a home draw in R1 of the carabao if we got there. if they can fix the draw so that PL clubs don’t have to play each other in R3 then they can sort that for us #ycfc

NEW: FIFA gets go ahead for crackdown on players wrestling at set-plays at World Cup - with England tactics singled out.
Now goals can be ruled out for fouls by attackers even before kick is taken. https://t.co/1TDBxKfcJF
Tbf Modric is right here, the players don’t expect to win tournaments, as fans we just try and enjoy it and take the piss out of ourselves - it’s always only been the media who tear them to bits

@patmurphybbc Screw them, the PL is fast becoming a bore fest and doesn’t matter when the games are played. Hopefully this means even more people will head to lower or non league football to see live matches
