देश के कोने कोने तक ज़रूरत का सामान पहुँचाने वाले मेहनती ट्रक ड्राइवर नये ‘हिट एंड रन’ क़ानून के ख़िलाफ़ हड़ताल पर हैं. इस क़ानून के चलते उन्हें एक्सीडेंट होने पर 10 साल की सज़ा और 7 लाख जुर्माना होगा.

ज़्यादातर ट्रक चालक गरीब होते हैं, कोई अपनी मर्ज़ी से एक्सीडेंट नहीं करता, कई बार गलती किसी और की भी हो सकती है. इस क़ानून से वो सब परेशान हैं.

यह क़ानून 150 सांसदों के निलंबन के बाद जबरन बना.

हर बार क़ानून बनाते वक़्त ना विशेषज्ञों की राय, ना प्रभावित लोगों से विचार विमर्श, ना सदन में चर्चा, ना समितियों का पक्ष - बस साहेब ने तुगलकी फ़रमान निकाल कर क़ानून बनाये हैं

नोटबंदी, GST, काले कृषि क़ानून, लॉकडाउन, अग्निवीर ��ब ऐसे ही तो बने थे

मनमर्ज़ी तुगलकी फ़रमानों से किसान, सैनिक, मज़दूर, व्यापारी के बाद अब नंबर ट्रक ड्राइवर का है
