Quick update on @Tulpea_org

This week we received the first draft of plans for the Samui project on the first plot we acquired. We expect to receive the final plans by mid July

In parallel we've started speaking with "traditional" real estate investors. Early feedback has been very encouraging, especially on the equity side. The main pain point we're addressing seems to be access to real estate opportunities in markets that remain difficult to invest in through existing solutions, which are still highly fragmented and country specific

We've also selected a law firm with deep expertise in Thailand to help us structure the project properly. Our goal is to provide economic exposure while ensuring strong ownership protection. Direct ownership remains challenging for foreigners in Thailand. For off-plan developments, this is less of an issue since the objective is to develop, sell and distribute profits within 1-2 years. The model is likely less suited to long-term ownership structures spanning 10-15 years

Still a lot of work ahead but things are moving

July should be the month where Tulpea starts becoming much more tangible from a product perspective. Keep connected
