My 2nd expirnce with DTDC. Y only DTDC expirnce bad? The dlvry boy refused to dlvr my parcel to door saying he does not do door dlvry, but wanted OTP. I told OTP will be gvn only if the parcel is dlvred to me. He marked as dlvred, but no dlvry done.Can you please chk?
