In these 15 months, I have raised complaints around 15 times
Citroën India mishandled my “Service Airbag System” warning.
I was told it was safe to drive, but later informed the airbag may not work in an accident.
Safety warnings need clear guidance, not casual responses.

However, instead of proactively recalling or checking affected vehicles, they seem to be waiting for customers to report the error @CitroenIndia@MORTHIndia

I am driving C3 Aircross since 2025 and have experienced this difference during service center visits. Although product quality is good but definitely Customer Service needs lot of improvement
You miss 100% of the shots you don't take.
When I learned about Monad a couple years ago, I was bullish on the tech. But after getting to know top team members, I was even more bullish on the team.
Bullish enough to make them part of our plans and support however I could.
I lectured in the Monad NFT Accelerator (and continue to mentor and support daily),
created a channel in our community for everyone to participate in testing,
commissioned dozens of different assets to support on socials,
and even held a testnet mint in preparation for a mainnet mint.
I don't know of any community that supports project airdrops harder than the Gecko community. And the data shows it.
So I think Monad made a huge mistake by excluding us.
But please don't fud them. Reserve your fud for grifters and scammers, not for builders trying to do the best they can.

If you are disappointed today, I am disappointed with you. But there are many many more opportunities in the pipeline.
