@IndiGo6E it is like cheating the customer, obviously thats why she chose to inform post payment. One doesn’t just upgrade for seat but for the entire experience, this is plain simple fooling the customer. Totally unexpected and not acceptable

@IndiGo6E After payment the air hostess cones & informs that we wont be providing you meal as only limited meals are available & you upgraded last minute, i asked her when they are not ready with something as basic as the meal then they cant & shouldn’t sell seats on board(2)
