@AdvaitKurlekar2 @aparanjape Express trains cannot be given priority in peak hours beyond Kalyan at morning as 1 express train affects the time table of several local trains for people who are dependent for commuting to office daily which may sometimes even cause people losing half day leave.

However I always feel they have done a blunder by discontinuing the Hyundai Elite i20 series model.

Locals are lifeline of Mumbai & 60 lac people commute daily. Let’s understand that no city in the world can manage this crowd at this cost & efficiency.

One small query
After adding convenience fee why does R wallet add additional ₹10/- as charges for each ticket booked on RailOne app.

It’s a bit confusing or is there some software error ?
