@SAS - one of the worst customer services Cancelled the 6.40 am flight from LHR to CPH after check in. No SAS staff present and useless local ground staff were not helpful and rude. They had an alternative BA ticket but didn't want to book as they claimed it was on higher fare.

@airindiain @TataCompanies Just off at MUM airport on AI148 from London. Most horrible experience. No blankets or pillows for this long haul flight. Due to this the flight temperature was set to 27 degree making it unbearable heat (to avoid asking for blanket). #Refund

@AliExpress_EN really disappointing as no resolution from your side. Seller is asking me to reorder same item at a higher price' as his shipping had an issue (returned back) in the original order. Asked your customer service put me to a senior team but getting no help.. SHAME
