I had booked my flight via @happyeasygo bt had to cancl 2 days prior to my trvel date for persnal reasns.@AirIndiaX said refund has been paid to agncy alrdy but I haven't recved it yt from HappyEasyGo. Been 1 mnth alrdy.Cust care nevr picks up call. Horrible cust. srvice. #fraud
