Staff “collecting feedback” by only noting name & PNR—no actual feedback taken.
No cleaning, dirty washrooms, no water check, no staff inspection.
Is this the standard?

blue light leak on the display at the exact same spot. Now I'm being told that a brand-new premium device can't be returned or replaced and that I need to visit a service center instead. Customers shouldn't have to repair a new iPad on Day 1. Hoping @AmazonHelp can help resolve.

And trust me, I used my laptop very heavily
