Inst 8 on Day 30, paid for the seat same issue on return flight . AI won’t listen , fed up with this attitude @MoCA_GoI need ur help sir . No one in AI listens , their aircraft’s not airworthy - we pay for services and then are shut down for reporting issues .

@airindia faced issues 8 times in last 30 days. want a resolution,paid for broken seats, clogged toilets, broken business class & emergency exit seat,I hv had too much @MoCA_GoI@DGCAIndia all I requested was a call which you don't want to make & am PLT tier appalled by carefree attitude

Issue 7 reported in less than 25 days . Paid for 8C, seat in front of PE broken. Reported to crew,ws told they are aware as seat is reclining more than normal. No reply of last6 . Waiting @DGCAIndia@MoCA_GoI

Flight delayed by 7 hours , stuck in SQ overnight , broken seat in the apparently new aircraft as it had to be called in for technical replacement ! Awesome
