@RailwayNorthern @drmncrald @RailMadad Daily running 12452 NDLS to CNB Shram Shakti express has very poor quality of bedsheets in 3AC. Not sure if same bedsheets of 12451/20451/20452 are used for 12452, but it stinks badly. Please get this checked.

@KESCoHQ I tried multiple times but only it rings , no one picks it up and support, you can imagine how much financial burden it will create over us due delay from @KESCoHQ operational issues. @UPPCLLKO
Please suggest why delay in sending the bill when everything is completed.

@KESCoHQ we have got changed the cable line from single phase to 3 phase for 5kw meter. It’s more than 2 months because of above bill didn’t get generated. Now infra is also upgrade and it’s been 10 days,meter reader has taken the reading also. Kindly check this on priority?
