Hi @ouraring, loyal customer since Gen1. My Gen4 (sized via your kit) is restricting blood flow + leaving marks, even showing strain in vitals. After 10+ emails, support insists I return first & go 7–10 days w/out a ring. No escalation path. Need resolution Complaint 5161951
