5+ MONTHS OF ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY FROM TVS MOTOR COMPANY
I booked a TVS Apache RTX 300 TOP on Feb 20, 2026, via PRN Motors LLP, and the customer experience has been incredibly disappointing. It has been 5 months, and my TVS Connect app still shows "Booking Received" with zero progress.
Customer support is entirely unhelpful. Whenever I reach out, they either repeat that the delivery will commence from "1st July onwards" with no actual timeline, or they copy-paste automated email replies stating the issue has been "forwarded to the concerned team"—a team that never responds.
Even after filing an official National Consumer Helpline (NCH) complaint, a TVS representative simply called me to repeat the exact same script before closing the ticket without a resolution. The dealership is of no use either; they told me they don't get any information until the bike is dispatched from the manufacturer and that I should only check with them after I receive an email confirming dispatch.
It has been over 5 months of waiting, zero transparency, and a complete lack of accountability from TVS. When will I get a definitive delivery timeline?
