Extremely poor and unacceptable service at Katemanivali, Chinchpada Road, Kalyan East! Electricity has been out in our area for over three hours with no proper update or communication.

This is not just an inconvenience, it is a serious safety issue.

Due to the power outage lasting for three hours, my mother became unconscious because of the extreme heat and lack of ventilation.

Are residents expected to risk their safety because of such negligence?
We pay our electricity bills on time and expect basic, reliable service.
