Thanks for ruining my evening @IndiGo6E. Your flight from AMD 6E649 took off almost 1:45hrs late, and once at BOM the luggage took more than 45mins to come out. 30mins of the delay at AMD was because you didn’t have buses to ferry people to the plane.

Terrible service from @SamsungIndia in Goa. Comment based on consistently bad service over 8 months that I have wasted in trying to get my AC fixed. Local service outlet refuses to honour time & warranty. Worse, they pick up the phone and don't to answer.

@jetairways the past 10 times I've made a booking via your website and used code JTHDFC, I get a message saying that the promo is not valid. However *after* I make a booking at the regular cost, you send me an email and lo-and-behold, the promo code gets activated. Misleading?
