Here are some critical issues:
1️⃣ Operations Stalled: No customer support responses for the last 48 hours.
2️⃣ Legal Threats Instead of Updates: HiBox has issued legal warnings instead of regular social media updates.
3️⃣ Payment Gateways Blocked: Users who were promised resale profits within 24 hours are now unable to withdraw their funds.

We've received numerous complaints through DMs and emails from users. The app, promoted by popular YouTube influencers, has garnered around 2 million users in the past year.

However, it seems many employees and staff have left, creating a scary situation as the business model, which promises huge returns, looks unsustainable and offers unrealistic guarantees.
