@airtelindia I recharged my number with a 1-year prepaid plan, but it was unexpectedly migrated to postpaid. After requesting to retain prepaid, Airtel cancelled my annual plan. Support says it cannot be refunded/restored. I did not cancel it voluntarily. Please investigate.

My order was supposed to be delivered on 4th July, but it’s still not delivered. @ekartlogistics delivery service is extremely poor. The delivery person doesn’t come to the correct location and falsely marks it as undelivered, delaying it day by day. Very disappointed

Train No. 07707 (CHZ NZM SPL) on 06-03-25. The train was delayed by 8 hours, causing severe inconvenience to me and numerous other passengers.
