Honoured to participate in the International Day of Yoga celebrations organized by EPCH–FASCO at Panchsheel Club, New Delhi.

The event was a wonderful celebration of health, mindfulness, and holistic well-being, bringing together eminent personalities and wellness enthusiasts under one roof. It was a privilege to interact with Shri Ashok Dhyanchand, former Indian hockey player, Shri Prince Malik, Organizer of the event, and Dr. Rakesh Kumar, Director General (Chief Mentor), Export Promotion Council for Handicrafts (EPCH), and Chairman, India Exposition Mart Limited (IEML).

Yoga is a timeless gift that inspires discipline, resilience, and inner harmony while fostering a healthier and more inclusive society.

My sincere appreciation to EPCH–FASCO for organizing such a meaningful initiative and promoting the spirit of wellness and unity on the occasion of International Day of Yoga.

Are we building for inclusion… or just designing isolation in a different form?

A “Divyangjan coach” that separates a person from their family is not empowerment—it’s exclusion wrapped as effort.
Real change begins when accessibility is not treated as an add-on, but as a foundation.
This isn’t a question of facilities.
This is a question of intent, dignity, and accountability.

It’s time to move from:
👉 Planning ➝ Execution
👉 Tokenism ➝ Transformation
👉 Seclusion ➝ True Inclusion

Because “Better than nothing” is not good enough for a country aiming for greatness.

जाता हुआ वर्ष हमें केवल समय देकर नहीं गया,
बल्कि अनुभव, संघर्ष और आत्मविश्वास दे गया।

हमने हर उस पल को संजोया
जिसने हमें एक मज़बूत इंसान बनाया।
चाहे वह चैंपियन ट्रॉफी की जीत हो,
लॉर्ड्स के ऐतिहासिक मैदान पर खेलना हो,
या फिर दिव्यम –शारीरिक दिव्यांग क्रिकेट वार्षिक पुरस्कार व अन्य और बहुत उपलब्धियाँ है,ये सब केवल उपलब्धियाँ नहीं थीं,
बल्कि हमारे विश्वास और मेहनत की पहचान थीं।

हर दिन कुछ नया सीखा,
कभी जीत से, कभी कठिनाइयों से।
हार ने हमें झुकना नहीं सिखाया,
बल्कि आगे बढ़ना सिखाया।
