@Compoundingfund I never get convinced to buy a flat. People are buying flat to avoid paying rent. Just create FD of 20-30L instead of token amount paying for buying flat which will yield you rent. EMI turned into SIP.

@kuttrapali26 I have been watching since October every dip is being bought by retailers. DII's participation in recovery seems very significant. Be it election results day or dow jones fall. Sharp recovery in every fall. Seems we won't be able to see market corrections like 15-20%.
