As per the person the refund will take 15-21 days. The order went to cargo KFC. Fail to understand why the machine is installed at T3 while the order is going to Cargo. Need immediate refund

My ro is down and nobody is responding to the call. Only the customer service executives are there. Seems that Kent has sold so many devices that they hardly bother about the service
