@law_ninja Suggestion- cost of course can be lowered as business is scaling up. This will actually affect the public in a positive way and will increase goodwill and reputation (maybe). Unless, lowering cost is a bad business move.

Where did you get the data that his success rate is low? Is it from media/whatsapp or legal databases like SCC by comparing yearly data?

He has minimum 10 appearances daily before the HC and SC. His each appearance cost is beyond 50 lacs. Even if having budget, there is no surety, one can engage him. But yes, as per you, he has bad track record. @KapilSibal

@anandmahindra @nitin_gadkari If I'm not wrong, in India if there is 4 lane road; we add up kilometers of all 4 lanes. Meanwhile in US, China and other developed countries, even there's 8 lane road, it's counted as one lane.
This need to be checked though.

@phanee1005 @barandbench Since he's a senior advocate, he cannot have his own clients. Senior adv can only argue for someome, if someone engages one. Therefore, bench will be unaware if the case which has come for listing will have a senior advocate at first place.
