Terrible service from @HomeCentreIndia. I have returned my product on August 24th and everyday since then I am getting "pickup scheduled" notification and I have still not received my refund! Call support has been saying for a week that the refund will come but nothing yet!

I ordered 10 COVId kits and some tests had no liquid in tube. When I called, 1st rep said he has put complain but cannot refund. 2nd rep says no such thing as complain and blames me and says i should open all 10 tests 1st day! Unbelievable!
