@bigbasket_com Had placed order on Bigbasket for aaa battery but instead received aa battery. Didn't knew return for such a small thing is so complex on Bigbasket that even 3 days of continuous follow up & return pickup couldn't be arranged... pathetic customer support
@Meesho_Official Received damaged product from meesho and customer support team is helpless. As per policy they can't take complaint against seller for selling damaged product nor they can provide replacement Request you to kindly take action against seller.

@Flipkart@flipkartsupport is a fraud.Bought black membership during festive season & orders worth thousands are stuck. No support from flipkart team. I urge to people stop using flipkart for expensive products or else u will also be busy contact customer care in hopes of support

@flipkartsupport It's 22 Oct and have still not yet received update for my order. 1 week has already passed since I have raised complaint. Product not received not refund initiated. Also as promised no update provided over call. Such a poor customer support.
@flipkartsupport My Multiple orders are stuck which are to be dispatched through Kamani hub. No support from customer service executive even after raising complaints. All are prepaid orders. Now I feel so unsafe placing prepaid orders on @Flipkart

@flipkartsupport Would require your assigned specialist to get back to me with an update. More than 36 hrs have passed since I have raised complaint. I even want to seek refund for flipkart black membership which assured priority customer support as I think same is not adhered to

I would suggest everyone before ordering from Flipkart please do take a note of MRP of the product as these guys are listing product above MRP and offering a illusionary discount among its customers

And on top of it customer support executive is of opinion that there is nothing legally wrong in listing products above MRP and giving me silly reasons and not registering my complaint. He is of the opinion only feedback can be taken for this issue
