@AirAsiaSupport You forced me login to twitter after 5 years just to let you know we cannot forget that bad experience we had. And the cold behaviour we faced. Your staff knew we were helpless. What could we do? They were right as I feel the same.
@AirAsiaSupport We hated our 2.5 hours on-board. I called up your customer care number and was told I must bang my head against your chatbot AVA. I tried but it is too dumb.
@AirAsiaSupport On top of that, I was told to ask for my meal from ground staff after landing. Bishali, your staff, was cold and not at empathetic. We hated each bite of your two meals we had. There was no apology or attempt to try and charge what was the issue.
@AirAsiaSupport had one of my worst in-flight experience with you. I had pre booked 3 meals with beverage as I was travelling with family. Your cold staff denied me one and the beverages without even double checking. They gave only two and I had to buy the drinks.
