@CromaSupport@CromaSupport This is still not resolved. It has been over 40 days since I have not received my roduct. I have moved to a new apartment and am without a fridge for 2 days for which I have paid advance. This is HORRENDOUS service from Croma. Did not expect this from a Tata brand!!
@cromaretail I purchased a samsung refrigerator on 8th October. Iβve not received my product for over a month now. The store employees seem clueless about my order and it shows returned on the website. Helpline has also been unresponsive. This is not the Tata experience i want.

@TataCLiQCare No one responds on your helpline anyway. This is the 2nd time this has happened. I have lost close to 5000 INR in cliq cash because of this mindless policy. No other ecomm player does this. It doesn't make any sense. Please reissue my cliq cash.
@TataCLiQ I bought a product with my cliq cash and had to cancel for some reason. Why can't you reissue my cliq cash? This is just unacceptable. What is the point of adding money as cliq cash if i can't use it as I want and it will not be refunded.

@jaybirdsport Got my pair of X3 in August. It has already become unhearable. Sound quality is pathetic. Earbuds keep coming off while removing. Charging has slowed. Battery dies quicker. Just been 4 months. Expected better. Want a refund.@Bose@verge@TechCrunch@WIRED@engadget
