@flipkartsupport But it's been 3 weeks, you are unable to raise return and seller @sleepyhead is sitting silently... I am only getting false assurance from your end and nothing else....@consumercourtin could you please assist here to take legal action against Flipkart for such harassment...

@Flipkart @sleepyhead - what kind of checking you guys are doing before packing the product? 3 seater sofa is different colour and single seater sofa is different colour. From last 3 weeks issue has been escalated to your concern team, How many more days you need to resolve ?

@AmazonHelp What is this ? The product went out for delivery today and courier boy is not responding to the call and it's now mentioned that the package is now undeliverable and returning to seller. Are you guys really looking into this issue or not ?

@AmazonHelp I am not getting proper resolution on the email communication with you social media team as they are delaying rather fasttracking this request. order details & tracking details already shared on this post you can see the same.

I believe your courier team is not giving value to your mails, escalations, follow ups ?

@AmazonHelp @amazonIN - Your team has already raised multiple escalation from 7th Oct and sending mail to your courier team but still now no resolution...Is this how you guys handle escalation ? I am a prime member and from 3 days product is going out for delivery but not delivered by agent.
