The mental health of health workers fundamentally suffered during the pandemic as ITV’s drama Breathtaking has shown.

Health professionals continue to struggle today, with cases of stress and burnout increasing.

We want to drive a positive wellbeing support culture for healthcare workers and promote a duty of care by employers for the mental health of their staff.

We would like to thank Dr Rachel Clarke and the team for highlighting these issues in such a poignant way and to Joanne Froggatt for bringing this character to life.
