BREAKING: Donald Trump has a complete meltdown as his legal problems multiply and lashes out at Special Counsel Jack Smith and AG Merrick Garland on Truth Social — proving that they're rapidly closing in on him.

Trump screeched that Smith and Garland are engaged in "prosecutorial misconduct" and "election interference," a blatant smear attempt aimed at delegitimizing their perfectly proper professional behavior.

"Do you think that A.G. Garland, and Deranged Jack Smith, understand that we are in the middle of a major political campaign for President of the United States?" whined Trump. "Have they looked at recent poll numbers? Why didn’t they bring these ridiculous charges years before - Why did they wait to bring them NOW - A virtually unheard of scenario."

The answer, of course, is that the polls have no bearing on the law. Trump committed serious felonies. His decision to run for president again — a decision he made in large part to try to save himself from prosecution — has nothing to do with the investigations. A good polling response is not a get out of jail free card.

Trump then really lost his mind as he launched into caps lock mode—

"PROSECUTORIAL MISCONDUCT! ELECTION INTERFERENCE!” he ranted. "DO THEY UNDERSTAND THE DAMAGE BEING DONE TO AMERICA? IT WILL ONLY GET WORSE. WE MUST STOP THESE ‘MONSTERS’ FROM FURTHER DESTROYING OUR COUNTRY!”

These are the word of a man terrified of going to prison. The real "damage" would be to let him get away with his crimes. It would only encourage him to try to overthrow our democracy again and next time he might succeed.

Donald Trump belongs in prison.

BREAKING: Donald Trump suffers ANOTHER big defeat as a judge rejects his desperate request to have his Stormy Daniels hush money criminal case moved to federal court — slapping away the absurd suggestion that the allegations are tied to his role as president and thus a federal matter.

U.S. District Judge Alvin Hellerstein sided with Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg's request to keep the case in New York state court.

The already indicted ex-president pathetically argued that Bragg's prosecution is political motivated, a claim that the judge rejected.

"The evidence overwhelmingly suggests that the matter was a purely a personal item of the President — a cover-up of an embarrassing event. Hush money paid to an adult film star is not related to a President’s official acts. It does not reflect in any way the color of the President’s official duties,” wrote the judge.

Trump was eager to move the case to federal court in large part because it would mean that the jury pool would be assembled from areas beyond the reliably Democratic Manhattan and surrounding New York areas. Instead, he will just have to pray that some MAGA Republicans end up in the blue mix.

Trump faces 34 counts of falsifying business records tied to the manner in which and his then-fixer Michael allegedly conspired to conceal a $130,000 to pornstar Stormy Daniels to keep her quiet about an affair ahead of the 2016 election. The trial is slated for March 2024 and is just one of Trump's many multiplying legal problems.

BREAKING: Trump’s attorney makes a HUGE blunder in front of a large conservative audience, accidentally exposes Trump’s role in the “fake electors” scheme that is currently being investigated by Special Counsel Jack Smith as charges against Trump loom in the near future.

Trump’s attorney, Christina Bobb, set off alarms among Trump’s inner circle when she declared today that Special Counsel Jack Smith is “threatening” the 16 “fake Michigan electors”who were just charged with multiple felonies “into testifying as witnesses against President Trump” as a part of Smith’s investigation — or else they “will be thrown in jail.”

Legal experts quickly pointed out that she made a massive mistake, because Special Counsel Jack Smith has remained tight-lipped about his investigation — and Trump has claimed that he had nothing to do with the “fake electors.” Now, his very own lawyer just let the cat out of the bag by admitting that Trump orchestrated the entire thing because the “witnesses” are being “forced” to “testify against President Trump.”

But it gets even worse for Trump…

Then, in another hilarious blunder, she then compared Trump’s “fake electors” scheme to forcing people to “forge” their signature “on a check,” which is a FELONY in the state of Michigan punishable by two years in prison.

That’s right.. Trump’s very own attorney just tried to minimize Trump’s crimes by comparing them to a serious felony that carries a prison sentence that CANNOT be pardoned by any president because it is a state crime and not a federal one.

It looks like Trump should try to find another attorney — because this one seems to be trying her hardest to ensure that he gets charged and convicted.

BREAKING: Whistleblower drops bombshell, reveals that the wife of Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts, Jane Roberts, has raked in a whopping $10 million from “corporations and law firms” for placing top lawyers with them since her husband has led the Supreme Court.

The whistleblower is “a disgruntled former colleague of Roberts, who says that as the spouse of the most powerful judge in the United States, the income she earns from law firms who practice before the Court should be subject to public scrutiny.”

The whistleblower says, “When I found out that the spouse of the chief justice was soliciting business from law firms, I knew immediately that it was wrong. During the time I was there, I was discouraged from ever raising the issue. And I realized that even the law firms who were Jane's clients had nowhere to go. They were being asked by the spouse of the chief justice for business worth hundreds of thousands of dollars, and there was no one to complain to. Most of these firms were likely appearing or seeking to appear before the Supreme Court. It's natural that they'd do anything they felt was necessary to be competitive."

BOMBSHELL: Yet ANOTHER Supreme Court Justice, Neil Gorsuch, has been revealed to be playing fast and loose with the already-dubious code of ethics SCOTUS Justices are expected to observe.

Gorsuch sold his Colorado ranch, barely more than a week after his confirmation to the Supreme Court, for a whopping $1.825 million, in which he netted between $250K and $500K for his 20 percent share in the property. The sale was made to Brian Duffy of Greenberg Traurig, a huge law firm that frequently has cases before the Supreme Court.

Gorsuch reported the sale, but neglected to disclose the identity of the buyer.

Greenberg Traurig would go on to present 22 cases to the court. Gorsuch's opinion is recorded in 12 of those cases, 8 of which he ruled favorably for Greenberg Traurig clients.

Supreme Court Justices are supposed to be the gold standard of ethics and justice, but so far 2 of the SCOTUS Justices appear to have engaged in unethical conduct that benefits them.
