@IndiaNewGen @EvryPaisaMatter @nsitharaman @nsitharamanoffc @IncomeTaxIndia After crossing a particular slab, they should be taxing only the income above that slab on the rate which applies.They are taxing the entire income in that slab rate which leads to such faults in the system. They must fix this immediately. Not sure why no attention to fix this!

My feeling with the customer support so far was also that they just wanted to get rid of the problem from their face and pass it quickly onto someone else without understanding the problem. Customer support has been unwilling to take problems to logical closure.
