@corinnemckay Generally try to raise prices in line with inflation every year in the case of existing clients; that's to avoid making a big hike a few years down the road that they might not accept.
@AdentroTrans Possible silver lining: more than a few “please proofread this DYI translation” requests have actually resulted in landing new direct clients when I said “How about I do the translation for you from now on?” Doesn’t work every time so sometimes the best thing is to say no.
@corinnemckay Three slash marks at the end of a segment when using CAT tool (alternate - zx) followed by any clarifying info to help me remember the nature of the doubt; ntc means note to client, something I'll probably have to notify/query them about.
