Dit is wat er gebeurt als crypto (en fiat) misgaat.

Een man uit Dronten verloor in 2023 70.000 euro aan cryptovaluta. Nu heeft de rechter Bitfinex verplicht om mee te werken aan het achterhalen van de daders.

Dat zegt alles over de realiteit van traditionele crypto-infrastructuur.

Geld verdwijnt. Wallets worden leeggehaald. En pas daarna begint het echte gevecht: uitzoeken waar het geld heen is gegaan, wie erbij betrokken was en of je nog iets kunt terughalen.

Vaak is daar een rechter voor nodig, helaas. Want platforms werken niet altijd vanzelf mee, en zonder juridische druk blijft cruciale informatie soms buiten bereik.

Core Decentralized Technologies @CoDeTechCC draait dat model om. Niet achteraf zoeken naar bewijs (dat is zo achterhaalt), maar vooraf eigenaarschap, identiteit en toegang cryptografisch aan elkaar koppelen. 今週のトークン化ニュースを見て確信した。

JPMorgan、Citi、Bank of America、Wells Fargo。

Mastercard。

Goldman Sachs。

Ondo。

確かに時代はトークン化へ向かっている。

でも、よく見てほしい。

全部「既存金融」が主役だ。

銀行が管理するトークン化預金。

決済会社が管理するステーブルコイン。

金融機関が管理するトークン化不動産。

つまり、資産はトークン化されても、権力構造は何も変わっていない。

銀行は銀行のまま。

仲介者は仲介者のまま。

許可する人は許可する人のまま。

これは金融の進化ではある。

しかし金融の革命ではない。

本当に必要なのは、

「トークン化された資産」ではなく、

「分散型金融インフラ上で動くトークン化資産」だ。

誰かの許可を必要とせず、

国境を越え、

24時間365日動き続け、

コードによって管理される金融システム。

銀行をブロックチェーンに乗せるだけでは足りない。

金融そのものを再設計しなければならない。

多くの人はトークン化が未来だと言う。

その通りだ。

だが本当の未来は、

中央集権的なトークン化ではなく、

分散型金融インフラによるトークン化だ。
