This week, I decided to change up and be more gentle with my workouts. For me, that looked like doing 5-6 movements in a session instead of 7-8;
also focusing on my nutrition for fat loss and using my fitness for what it’s for —fitness. I’m letting myself have fun with my workouts, trying new things and focusing on overall fitness (strength, mobility, balance, endurance etc).

I have been consistent with working out for about 3 months now. Today, my body isn’t feeling it. I feel a bit tired and I think I need to stretch rather than workout. I felt guilty for a minute but I had to remind myself to listen to my body and what it needs. Can anyone relate?
Willpower is not enough to help us be successful with our fitness and nutrition goals. We need to have a compelling reason why we want to accomplish those goals, and create an environment that makes it more likely for us to be consistent.
