I've just helped my daughter Kinna chose a new @Apple #MacBook. She's used her 2013 13" MBP to gain 4 scholarships & numerous prizes including this year's @royalacademy #SummerExhibition #ArtsClub award for the best work by under 35yo. Still looks mint. Impressive performance!

d SouthernRailUK I checked online cost of day return PUL to STP - £23.90. At PUL station the office was closed but cheapest machine ticket was £31.40. 3 Revenue Prot'n officers were at PUL & checked & also found £23.90 on thetrainline. What's up? How do I recover the difference?

Just experienced the worst UI of any financial solution ever. @FISGlobal offers something called FuturePay which enables repeating credit card payments. Can't log into their portal because their links go no-where. Can't call their UK help line without being redirected. Hopeless.

Shocked that @Natwest has the same shocking approach to #security as @santanderuk. Don't call your customers and ask them to provide their security details - this just encourages phishing
