@EvaVlaar predstavila je u Europskom parlamentu inicijativu @SaveEuropeAct, kojom se traži zatvaranje granica za legalnu i ilegalnu imigraciju, zaustavljanje masovnih migracija te uspostava sustava remigracije.

Inicijativa već ima više od 500.000 potpisa, a cilj je milijun kako bi se Europsku komisiju prisililo da se o njoj očituje.
Unatoč natpisu „Democracy in Action“, organizatori su bili spriječeni predati potpise ispred Parlamenta, uz policijsku pratnju i ogradu od bodljikave žice.
