I don't know anyone - though certainly they must exist - who pays to attend Memorial Tournament only to see Bryson. He does likely add "something" to TV ratings, though I think a lot of this is perception.

Meanwhile, making it easy for them to return risks upsetting rank and file. Why create that headache?

on TV or in person, solely to see Rahm or DeChambeau play? Given that 95% of casual fans can't name 5 guys on either tour, PGA Tour does not need anyone but TW.
