President Tinubu: Investment is very cowardly unless you are transparent, accountable and forthright. Part of that is Africa looking at itself putting our resources together so we can go out there and negotiate for ourselves. I wrote an article in the Financial Times talking about international rating agencies.
Never before has a team gone an entire Premier League season without a red card or conceding a penalty 🤯
Arsenal are now just two games away from achieving it 👀
Fun fact:
If Peter Obi makes sense to you, Tinubu will never make sense to you.
If Tinubu makes sense to you, Peter Obi cannot make sense to you.
These gentlemen operate on totally different IQ levels. If after watching Tinubu's outing yesterday, you still find it hard to understand him and you are clapping for "Mr I will run for a single term to bring stability", it speaks more about your IQ than anything else.
Q: When you were governor of Lagos, you put a lot of work into doing something on local taxes, didn't you?
President Tinubu: Lagos is the fifth largest economy in Africa. I’m very proud of the legacy I left behind there, and I’m still monitoring it.

Liverpool had just won the league. Their fans were celebrating at Anfield. And in the middle of all that joy, they found time to hold up a banner mocking Mikel Arteta in a bridesmaid dress.
"Always the Bridesmaid. Never the Bride."
Dear Arsenal fans, do you remember it?
Please never forget
Mehn. They couldn't even enjoy their own title without dragging us into it. That's how much Arsenal live rent-free in rival heads.
And our boys? They walked into that stadium, formed a guard of honour for the champions, and kept their heads down. No drama. No excuses. Just dignity.
Because when you're building something real, you don't need to respond. You let the work speak.
Fast forward 365 days.
Arsenal are sitting TOP of the Premier League. Two wins from the title. Liverpool are 20 points behind us — twenty — and Anfield is no longer making banners about Arteta. They're watching us from a distance, hoping we slip.
We are not slipping.
Read that again. Slowly. Let it sink in.
The same man they dressed in a bridesmaid gown is now the most feared manager in English football. The same squad that gave a guard of honour last season is now the one that will receive one.
That banner didn't break Arteta. It didn't break this team. If anything, it gave us receipts to cash in.
You know what the funny thing is? Liverpool fans thought they were mocking a man who couldn't win. What they were actually doing was documenting a moment — a before-and-after — that Arsenal fans will show their children one day.
"This is where we were. This is what they said. This is what we became."
It didn't break us. It made us strong.
Champions Elect. 👀
COYG. Always. 🔴⚪
PSG with the best Attack in Europe have scored 71 Goals in Ligue 1 this season. While Arsenal with the worst attack have scored 68 Goals in the Premier League this season with 2 games to go.
Do give people room to deceive you with fake narrative that PSG's attack is better.
@_ugomsinachi@ARISEtv@mr_ochonogor If you have sense, you will know this is a battle for 2031 , but you are Obidient, sense is far from you. Serious politicians know there's no vacancy in Aso rock and are already strategizing for 2031
Arsenal trusted a rookie manger with no first team managerial experience, and that trust is about to be repaid.
Mikel Arteta in the Premier League:

2023–24: 2nd place (89 points and 28 wins)
2024–25: 2nd place (Finished as runners-up for the third consecutive year)
2025-26 Champions soon 🤲🏾
Mikel Arteta in the Champions League:
2023-24 - Quarter-finalist
2024-25 - Semi-finalist
2025-26 - Finalist (eventual champions by God's grace 🤲🏾)
After Mikel Arteta's first 2 seasons, a club like Chelsea would have sacked him, but Arsenal held on because they saw something most people didn't see from the outside.
From the 3rd season onwards, we saw a different Arsenal competing for titles every season.
Finishing 2nd 3 times in a row was painful, and to have the courage to show up the 4th time and fight again tells you what Arteta and his team are made of. Not everyone have such mental strength.
We're in May 2026 and Arsenal has reached it's first Champions League final in 20 years and are just 3 matches away from winning its first league title in 22 years. Remember, this is Arteta's Arsenal.
With luck on our side, Arsenal will win the double at the end of May. May God's mercy be upon Mikel Arteta and his boys.
Like every other manager, Mikel Arteta deserves to be criticised, but again, he deserves praises from the football world and Arsenal fans. He'll get his flowers at the end of this season. 🤲🏾
