@boxycharm finally after 13 days, multiple emails and blasts on social media actually fixed the situation via Instagram. Disappointed that it took so long to do something that took only minutes once I actually got ahold of someone. Be better for your customers in the future.

I have been a long time subscriber of @boxycharm and recently got a damaged product in my box. After reaching out to them through support, I got an email stating "we will contact you when we have an update". That was 13 days ago and I have yet to hear from anyone....sad!
