@drkeithsiau@Mota55em Nah. If there is suspected pathology examine. Don’t leave it to an endoscopist in a poorly lit room. Our endoscopists are great but many don’t have training/experience in PR.
@TMedicalpost For so many things the medicine is also a poison. Thinking radiotherapy/chometherapy/digoxin(digitalis). Also, we need the venom to make anti-venom.
