Re Hart Refuse - Green bin collection has been restarted? Collection is now 5 days overdue - we do pay for this service in addition to Council Tax. “Green bins should be left out until collected” - an eyesore

Why can one not get a booking for the recycling centres? Four times I have completed everything then the booking is NOT confirmed.
It is a Bank Holiday but electronic bookings should be working???
